Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 6–12 business days
- International: 6–12 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs processing, weather, etc.).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AeroPod is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us at aeropod.support@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve the issue. While we work with carriers to ensure safe delivery, AeroPod is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.
